PSCDA
April Speaker
April 6, 2006, 6:30 PM
Topic: Try-Storming
Speaker: Scott Krajca
Location: Master Builders Association,
Bellevue, WA
The Try-Storming process is a way to "lock
in" belief around your client's goals and then allows
them to powerfully move forward to "do" or become
the success that they envision. Developed by Japanese continuous
improvement gurus, try-storming is a creative process that
asks the client to look to nature or their childlike self
to move from fear or anxiety and into belief and action. This
process can be applied in the career development arena and
help clients face writing their resume, presenting themselves
at job fairs, making their way through the interview process,
and showing up on the jobsite.
Scott Krajca is a certified professional
coach having attended both the Coaches Training Institute
(CTI) and the Academy for Coach Training (ACT). He is currently
enrolled in the CTI Co-active Leadership program as well as
Relationship Systems Development. He combines three years
of professional coaching with two masters degrees & eight
years of process engineering experience to give his clients
insight into the "Art of Doing" in their lives,
businesses, and relationships.
