Speakers:

1) Jack Goldberg, president and founder of Personnel Management Systems,
Inc., oversees the strategic direction of this 20-year old firm which
has become the largest of its type in the Pacific Northwest. PMSI acts
as the outsourced human resource department for small- to medium-sized
organizations. It has provided services for hundreds of firms in the
Puget Sound area. Jack is a member of the Lake Washington Human Resource
Management Association and is accredited by the Society for Human
Resource Management as a Senior Professional in Human Resources. Visit

2) Jon Jenks-Bauer is a Recruiter with University Recruiting at
Washington Mutual. He manages the corporate internship program as well
as full-time recruiting programs. Prior to Washington Mutual, he was a
Program Manager and Employment Specialist with Workforce Education at
North Seattle Community College. Other professional experience includes
4 years as a regional recruiter and community relations manager for a
large international staffing company, staff member for a U.S. Senator,
and staff associate with a city/county regional governing agency.

3) Linda Luceno-Olson, SPHR, Director of Human Resources and Diversity in
the Kent School District, has had Over 20 years of human resources experience
including training, employee relations, and diversity. Her most recent work
experience has been HR Director of the Pacific Science Center for 10 years. She
also has been involved with the following activities: SHRM (Society of Human
Resources Management) – Lake Washington Chapter – Previous Board Member;
Diversity Task Force – Executive Committee Member; African American Cultural
Center – Board Member; Recognition Roundtable – Member. Linda's professional
memberships include SHRM (Society of Human Resources Management) – Lake
Washington Chapter WSPA (Washington School Personnel Association).
