Emotional Intelligence (EQ) is

in your relationships now! Whether you're a leader, a manager,
a consultant, or team member, achieving results requires
the ability to work well with others in good and difficult
times.
The goal of using an EQ assessment is to have greater awareness
of how you interpret the world and the choices you make in
relationships that help or hinder you in meeting your goals.
